This is the third time we’ve taken part in the Great Place to Work® survey. Each edition gives us a clearer view of where we stand as an employer and how our culture is evolving. Seeing our progress reflected in this year’s results is both encouraging and energizing.
The certification process involves an anonymous survey that asks employees about key dimensions of workplace culture: trust in leadership, fairness, camaraderie, and opportunities for growth, among others. This year, more than 80% of our people worldwide took the time to share their honest feedback - a level of participation that speaks volumes about the engagement and commitment of our teams.
Hearing directly from our employees - what they value, what they hope for, and what they experience every day - gives us insight into what we’re doing well and where we can improve. This isn’t the end goal, but a milestone on our journey to continue building a workplace where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired.
This recognition is a meaningful step. It tells us that the culture we’ve been building together is being felt. Of course, there’s always more to improve, and we’re listening closely to what our teams shared. Every insight helps us grow stronger, together.
